Hi, and welcome to my site!

I'm Allen, kitty-father and husband to an amazing wife. I'm currently unemployed and seeking new opportunities. While you're here, please check out my resume and prior work experience (links down below) - if you believe any of it might be a good match for your business, then let me know by reaching out through any of my contact information!

Most recently, I served as a former Principal Quality Engineer at Riot Games for the VALORANT IP in the capacity of the quality discipline's technical craft area lead across a team-of-teams vertical, influencing without authority for quality, automation, observability, and process initiatives. I shipped VALORANT China as its Quality Architect, which landed in fantastic shape and with minimal incident.

Other highlights at Riot: shipping VALORANT across multiple console platforms and shipping VALORANT's 2025 Unreal Engine 5 upgrade to China - again, with noted polish for each big beat!

Prior to that, I was at Blizzard Entertainment, as Senior Quality Lead overseeing our web, commerce integrations / SDK, entitlements, and commerce infra teams as lead. I was also a personnel manager of multiple analysts and SDETs.

And even before that, I was working in the public sector at General Dynamics Mission Systems, overseeing the Test and Evaluation program for our U.S. Navy's Submarine Tactical Control System (TCS2 contract), half of our overall Combat Control System for U.S. Navy submarines. Essentially how we shoot and track stuff.

I'm a U.S. Navy submarine veteran, rated as a Fire Control Technician, spending about 5 years aboard the USS Albuquerque (SSN 706) prior to her decommissioning, with the rest of my overall tenure split between training and shore service.

Looking forward to hearing from you - thanks for stopping by!
